Like any contest, there have to be rules that everyone understands and agrees to, so there are rules to the "Treasure Hunt" too. Everyone who participates in the "Treasure Hunt" must agree that they have read the rules and will follow them. Failure to follow the rules as explained below will result in forfeiture of the prize to be received by the winner.

So, now that we have the unpleasant part out of the way, what are the rules? Here they are:

• Participants must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• The "Treasure Hunt" is comprised of a series of 15 clues, each of which is intended to lead participants to a specific location in the area where the correct answer can be found. The 15th clue, when solved, is for the treasure hunt's main prize.
• For each clue a participant solves, they are automatically entered into a random drawing for prizes that are associated with that clue. These prizes are separate from the main grand prize, and there is no limit to how many prizes a participant can win.
• To be declared the winner of the grand prize, participants must purchase and solve all 15 clues that lead to the location of the prize.
• Clues must be solved in order, and participants must solve their current clue before being able to receive the next one.
• When participants solve a clue, they must sign in to their account on the RocksInTheRockies.com website and submit it. Contest judges will review each submitted solution and declare it to be correct or incorrect.
• The winner of the prize will be the first person who submits the correct answer to the final clue. This will be determined by the date and time their winning answer to the final clue is submitted, regardless of when the answer to the final clue is declared correct.
• In the unlikely event that two or more participants submit correct answers to the final clue, the winner will be decided by a random draw held in person at the offices of Pueblo411.com at a date and time to be determined.
• Participants may, as part of their answers to clues, include a photo of the location they believe the clue is related to in order to help judges evaluate their answer, but photos are NOT required.
• "Treasure Hunt" clues are sold for $5.00 each and may not be published, re-sold, or transferred in any way to a third party, with exception to the "Hunter's Chat" forum on the "RocksInTheRockies.com" website, which allows people to publicly discuss whatever they choose about the "Treasure Hunt".
• Participants can only request one new clue every 24 hours, regardless of how quickly they solve any clue. The 24-hour period begins from the time the participant purchases a clue.
• The winner of the "Treasure Hunt" agrees to the use of their likeness in any promotional materials or new/media releases published by Pueblo411.com or Dash Marketing Group; however, such uses will be confined solely to media releases directly related to the "Treasure Hunt".
• Purchased clues are non-refundable, regardless of reason or circumstance.
